Temporary Return Policy Amendment for Items Affected by Coronavirus (COVID-19) Situation
Due to global demand and stock-piling activity for preventative items such as disinfectants, masks, hand sanitizers, soaps, tissue, and more, we will be unable to accept any returns on product purchases related to Coronavirus (COVID-19).
For items not purchased related to Coronavirus (COVID-19), our standard return policy applies as described below.
If you’re unhappy with your purchase in any way, we’ll help you process returns with our simple return and exchange policy.
Products ordered through Sundance Office can be returned for credit or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please note that products being returned must be in their original packaging to be eligible for credit.
Have a damaged or defective product? Simply return the item and we’ll exchange it with a fresh new product or credit to your account. A return authorization will be issued and an item exchange or credit will be given after a member of our Wow Squad picks up the product.
